With the mission of exploring extraterrestrial land, a group of undergraduate students from Cochin University of Science and Technology gave wings to this extraordinary team on 25th September 2019. Within a short period, the team started to be recognized internationally in the field of celestial exploration and space research. Our team holds together six subteams: Science Team, Software Team, Electronics Team, Mechanical Team, Media & Outreach Team, and Sponsorship Team. The awards and laurels we have earned despite being held back on financial grounds are proof of our consistency.

With a World Rank of 32, we secured 3rd place in india and 1st in kerala! and made our way to severalnewspaper headlies
We have secured 39th rank in the European Rover Challenge 2021.
The Science and CAD subteam of team Horizon secured highest points in the world for SAR of URC 2021
We have conducted various workshops teaching industry-level skills(AutoCAD, Solidworks, Blender, Arduino, PCB Design, etc....) where over 150 students from over 15 campuses all over the country participated.
Successfully qualified the Preliminary Design Review of University Rover Challenge. The team has cleared PDR for three consecutive years ( 2020, 2021, 2022).
